Yes. Call (we answer Mon–Sat 8am–6pm, and after-hours emergency response is available by phone) and we’ll prioritize an active leak or storm damage, starting with a tarp or temporary dry-in when needed to stop the bleeding.
Should I repair or replace?
Our rule: if a roof has years of honest life left, we repair it and tell you what to watch. If it’s at the end of its service life, patching is throwing money at a failing system — we’ll show you the evidence on your own roof, in photos, and price both paths.
Can you work with my insurance claim?
We document damage thoroughly, provide a detailed written scope of repairs, and work alongside your adjuster during inspections. Your claim and its outcome are between you and your insurer — we don’t promise outcomes, and Florida law is clear that decisions on coverage belong to your policy and adjuster.
